- Strategic review of contracts with staff.
- Periodic checks of performance and goal achievement. Concrete contributions in the departments that contribute to the success of the management.
- Review of the building's maintenance status.
- Analysis of Capex award proposals.
- Frequent interviews with the GM and other managers of the operator.
- Benchmarking of the main variables.
- Bimonthly reports to the owner.
- Analysis of the possibilities for expansion or reduction, as needed.
The role of the Asset Manager is to bring the vertices closer together.
