We position ourselves between you and your property operator, as your expert representative, to maximize results and minimize risks, through continuous monitoring of the operator's performance, but also by suggesting alternatives or changes to proposed policies or actions.

Main tasks to be developed

  • Review of contract with the operator.
  • Analysis of the annual budget; recommendations, approval.
  • Analysis of the marketing plan. Sales, pricing policy.
  • Strategic review of contracts with staff.
  • Periodic checks of performance and goal achievement. Concrete contributions in the departments that contribute to the success of the management.
  • Review of the building's maintenance status.
  • Analysis of Capex award proposals.
  • Frequent interviews with the GM and other managers of the operator.
  • Benchmarking of the main variables.
  • Bimonthly reports to the owner.
  • Analysis of the possibilities for expansion or reduction, as needed.

The role of the Asset Manager is to bring the vertices closer together.

We take a holistic approach, covering all aspects of the business, but with a primary focus on ensuring that your business objectives are met, even if they aren't perfectly aligned with those of the operator.
